Signing this agreement, you and your guest acknowledge and agree that your stay at the resort is subject to the Resort’s Rules and Regulations and is not for any commercial purpose or unlawful activity.  In accordance with the Resort’s Rules and Regulations, SMOKING WITHIN THE RESORT’S INTERIOR IS NOT PERMITTED AT THE RESORT.  PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON PREMISES.

You expressly authorize the resort to charge your credit card up to $250.00 per night for any violation of the Resort’s Rules and Regulations including but not limited to violations of the smoking and resort polices and any any damage to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests.  Any violation of the resorts Rules and Regulation may result in additional fines and penalties, including but not limited to the right to remove you and your guests from the resort premises without a refund.

You acknowledge and agree that your stay at the resort and use of resort facilities and amenities shall be at the sole risk of you and your guests, and neither the resort or its management shall have any liability for any injury, damage or loss to person or property, wherever occurring, whatsoever.  Based in Fire Code Regulations you must not exceed the maximum occupancy of your unit (stated on confirmation).

Check out time is 10:00am and all keys and swipe card must be returned to the check-in desk.  Any violation of the 10:00 a.m. check out policy will be subject to additional charges of a $35.00 fee charged for the first hour that you are late checking out and a $100.00 fee for each hour thereafter.

In the event that I do not officially check out at my time of departure, or if I incurred charges subsequent to my checkout, I hereby authorize you to charge my credit card.  I further acknowledge, regardless of billing instructions, that I am liable until the balance is paid in full.  For any action relating to my stay at the resort, my guests and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in the county in which the resort is located.
