Welcome to Sky Valley
Our staff would like to welcome you to our beautiful valley as well as the surrounding areas. If you should have any questions or problems during your stay, please contact us immediately so that we may assist you in a timely manner.
Your fireplace is non-wood burning. You may use artificial logs such as duraflame or a similar brand found in most local grocery stores.
Local & US unlimited long distance calls are free. Please do not use directory assistance as this will incur large fees which will be passed on to you!!!! When making a local call, you must also dial A 1 and our area code of 706.
For your convenience, free wi-fi is available in each unit. Wireless internet instructions have been posted in the red binder notebook of your unit, as well as on a magnet on your refrigerator.
Tennis and Pickleball equipment, play cards, board games, puzzles and horseshoes are all available for check-out at the check-in office. The tennis ball machine is available upon request for 16 years or older.
Our library is located upstairs from the check-in office along with two computers. This location is available during office hours only.
If you smoke, please be considerate of others and step outside and use the ashtrays provided on each deck. Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
Your information notebook (red binder) is for your use as well as other guests after your departure, therefore please do not mark or remove any pages.
Feel free to use the pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center on our lower level of the check in office. The hours are as follows
Fitness Center: 8am – 9pm
Sauna & Hot tub: 9 am – 9 pm
Pool, Tennis. Pickle ball, and Clay courts: 9am – 9pm (weather permitting)
** For safety reasons, absolutely no one under the age of 18 are allowed on the fitness equipment, or in the hot tub or sauna without adult supervision.**
The check-in office hours are
Monday – Thursday 8am – 4:30pm
Friday – Sunday 8am – 5pm
Closed for lunch from 12pm – 2pm on Saturday and Sunday

We provide each unit with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing packets, liquid soap, bar soap, tissues, coffee filters, and garbage bags. If additional items are needed they may be purchased at the Check-in Office.
Small kits including – 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 5 coffee filters, 2 dishwashing pods, and 2 garbage bags can be purchased for $5 at the Check-in office.
Checking out
Check out time is 10:00am (strictly enforced) so we may properly service and clean the unit for the next guest checking in at 4:00pm. When you check out please:
- Put trash in secured plastic bags, then place in the nearest dumpster (call the office if you have trouble locating the dumpster).
- Load dirty dishes and turn the dishwasher on.
- Strip soiled bed linens and place them along with the soiled towels in one central location in the unit.
- In summer, turn the air conditioning to 75 degrees.
- In winter, turn the heating unit to 65 degrees.
- Close and lock all doors and windows.
- Return all keys and fitness cards to the office or place in the key drop box at the Time Share Office.
Following these simple procedures will enable housekeeping to have the unit available for the next guest in a timely manner, unfortunately if we find the unit left with dirty dishes and trash, there will be an extra charge. We appreciate your cooperation.
** The office will not be open for check-outs. Use our Express Check Out at any time by dropping your keys/card in the black drop box at the top of the stairs at the Check-in Office. If you have any questions, please call the office at 706-746-2743.**
